Collection documents the events, planning, programs and administrative organization of Alumni Affairs. Events include building dedicaitons, alumni Mini Days, Lunch with the Arts, anniversaries and reunions. Programs includes fundraising, recruitment and newsletters. Planning includes the Long Range Planning Committee and specific plans for the College and Office of Alumni Relations. Administrative materials relate to the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association and Alumni Association chapters. Subject files contain correspondence from alumni primarily regarding College fundraising activities and evaluation of events, although a notable few discuss the change from a Catholic women's college to an independent, co-educational college. Much information on reunions and alumni profiles from the 1970s onward, particularly from the tenure of Michele Meliti, 1989-1992. Very few records exist for the years up to 1970, except for the budget and treasurer's reports. No records for the Parents' Council or Parents' Newsletter are included in this collection.
